That's what Read + Reflect is for. Four times a year, we gather on Zoom to read back through the last quarter's worth of journaling together. I'll guide you through structured activities to help you harvest the insights, patterns, and lessons living in your own pages. And we'll body-double for each other — because sometimes you just need other people in the (virtual) room to actually do the thing.

 I'm a certified therapeutic journaling instructor who has been journaling for over six years and teaching others to do the same. I know how much can accumulate in a quarter of honest writing — and how easy it is to let it sit unexamined. This session exists to make sure that doesn't happen.

These sessions are timed intentionally. The December session falls the week before the Year in Review workshop, so you can do both and arrive at the new year with real clarity about what the last twelve months held.
