Living with chronic illness or disability means navigating a body that doesn't always cooperate, a healthcare system that can feel dehumanizing, and a life that may look different than you planned.

Most spaces aren't designed for this experience. This one is. I'm a certified therapeutic journaling instructor who lives with multiple disabilities and has used these tools through my husband's stroke and death and my own brain surgery.

I write about disability and chronic illness from the inside, and I know firsthand how much it helps to have a place to put all of it — not just the hard parts, but the adaptation, the unexpected gifts, the moments of real joy that coexist with real struggle.

 This two-hour workshop is designed specifically for people who are living this experience and want a supported space to write honestly about it.
