This 30-day accountability group is for people who want to journal more consistently and actually do it—with support, structure, and a community of people working toward the same thing.

You journal when you can, log your session using a simple tracking form, and once a week you receive a personal summary from me with observations about your practice, patterns I'm noticing, and an optional prompt to carry into the coming week.

We kick off together on Zoom and close the same way. Everything in between is yours to work with at your own pace. No shame if you miss a day (or more).

• 20% off quarterly Read + Reflect sessions (quarterly body-doubling sessions via Zoom to support you in mining insights from the last three months of journaling. The last session for 2026 is December 10th, 3–5 PT / 4–6 MT / 5–7 CT / 6–8 ET). I will announce 2027 dates soon!
